Students attend final retreat in preparation for their exams and last weeks of school
Friday of week five was a Staff Development Day at St Martins. While most students enjoyed the break, our Year 12 cohort were invited to attend a retreat-style day, designed to help them re-group and reset as they enter the final weeks of their time at the College.

Students participated in some team building and wellbeing activities. These activities included re-visiting the PERMA framework of mental wellness, giving compliments to each other and writing
gratitude letters, and more.

The highlight of the day was a stress and mindfulness session run by special guest – Joanna Hodges from the The Nourish Nook.

Students enjoyed her insights into how to manage stress and the practical strategies she shared.
