School Receptionist
Permanent Position | 45 weeks per year
37.5 hours per week | $39.90 per hour

We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and professional Receptionists to join our welcoming school community. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, student-centred environment by providing exceptional front-of-house support to students, staff, families, and visitors.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Welcoming visitors and creating a warm, friendly school environment
• Answering calls and providing information to parents and staff
• Assisting with student attendance and general school administration
• Providing first aid to students
Who We’re Looking For
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Quick thinker who takes initiative in a fast-paced setting
• Willing to learn and adapt to different tasks
• Confident in handling a multi-line switchboard and answering the phone

Hours of Work
This is a full-time position of 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, worked across 45 weeks per year. Due to the operational requirements of the role, including the need for consistent front-of-house service and continuity for students, families, and staff, the College requires the position to be performed by one employee on a full-time basis. As such, the role is not available as a part-time arrangement.
