On Wednesday, February 15, Mrs Auld’s Year 12 Math’s class, students investigated the topic of Business Applications.
The class has designed products they could imagine selling at a market or online store. To learn more about running a business, they investigated how a product starts with a manufacturer and is then sold to the wholesaler, then the retailer, and finally, to the consumer. Throughout this process, a business will apply their percentage mark-up and also the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
