On Tuesday, February 21, students across the College celebrated Pancake Day 
. Pancake Day, otherwise known as Shrove Tuesday, is a holiday where, traditionally, we cook and eat pancakes to use up foods such as eggs and milk before Lent. Students ate pancakes, added whatever topping they wanted and took part in other fun activities.
