One of the activities available to students this week has been to prepare a Bush Tucker burger.
With a combination kangaroo and beef patty and a blend of local seasoning used in the relish and the corn, students enjoyed a delicious start to Harmony Week. One of our Year 11 Food and Hospitality students, Ethan, said it was good to try something new.
A delicious blend of lemon myrtle ice-cream was also prepared on-site and taste-tested by many students in celebration of foods available and local to our area.
