On Thursday June 22, the St Martins Year 7/8 Boys Soccer team participated in the Statewide Schools Soccer competition against Tenison Woods College. The boys braved very cold weather and had their back against the wall, with Tenison taking a 4-0 lead into half time. The boys showed great grit and determination to come back and have the score at 3-4 with less than 15 minutes remaining. Late goals to both sides resulted in a one goal defeat at full time. Well done to all of the students involved, they should be proud of their effort.
