On Thursday July 27, the St Martins 7/8 Boys Football team competed in the Statewide Schools Football competition at Vansittart Park. The Saints played two games throughout the day, one against Grant High School and the other against Millicent High School. After losing to Grant, they played a fierce game against Millicent, eventually winning by just one point. Will Dower and Andrew Yu were standout performers in their first ever football games, and should be commended for their enthusiasm. The boys played well and should be proud of their effort.
