On the evening of Wednesday 19 October, the Year 12 Food & Hospitality class ran a 3-Course Italian themed pop-up restaurant for Staff.
The alternate drop dinner service saw students prepare;
– Bruschetta
– Antipasto Board
– Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli
– Sun-dried tomato Risotto
– Vanilla Panna Cotta
– Tiramisu
Thankyou to the students involved, all of the food was cooked to perfection and looked stunning! Also a huge thankyou to Ms Palombo, Ms Polomka and Mrs Axton for lending your expertise to the students ensuring the dinner ran smoothly.
