On Monday, February 13, Eight Year 11 students were hard at work in the commercial kitchen with chef Nick Katris from Thyme at the Lakes. The Kitchen Skills Immersion is an experience to give students an idea of what it might be like to study the Certificate 2 in Cookery in Semester 2.
