Year 11 student Harrison Blacker started his school based apprenticeship earlier this year with Fox’s Chook House Chicken and Game Meat, located in Centro Mount Gambier, Matthew and Amanda have over 35 years combined experience in the industry.
With the guidance of Matthew and Amanda, Harrison has been enjoying his apprenticeship learning new and valuable skills. Along with his apprenticeship, Harrison is studying a Certificate 3 in Food Processing with William Angliss Institute.
