This week, the College’s Year 11 students are away on their annual Adelaide camp. Their first day was spent exploring Flinders University, with presentations from past and current students about pathways and Uni life. While on campus the students took part in hands-on workshops in Paramedicine, Psychology and Engineering. The group then spent the afternoon at BOUNCEinc, where they showed off their best dunks and ninja skills all while burning off some energy. Day 2 saw the students visit Uni SA City West campus where they toured the university and a presentation by the schools liaison team.  As part of the tour, they visited the art/design studio, took a quick look at the Uni SA Moot Court, the Business centre and then onto the sporting and fitness facilities including Pridham Hall. Everyone then headed to the University of Adelaide where they heard about the many different courses available and the types of supports available to students at the university.  Student ambassadors took them on a tour around the campus as well. In the evening, students visited St Marks and Aquinas Residential Colleges where they were able to view the facilities and enjoy a meal.  Thankyou to everyone who hosted the Year 11 students throughout the trip.
