Senior School – Year 10, 11 and 12
Students in Year 10, 11 and 12 are provided with a wide variety of subject choices within the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE).
The academic program is tailored to meet the individual needs, abilities and goals of Senior School students. St Martins is committed to providing individual pathways for students leading to further study or to a vocational program.
Students’ pathways are individually negotiated and are as unique as the students themselves. While many students elect to follow an academic pathway, some prefer to take a vocational pathway.
St Martins provides students with opportunities in vocational education and training (VET), where students are able to access the Trade Training Centre at the College as well as facilities at other schools and educational providers. A strong learning culture is encouraged and supported, and study across Year levels is not uncommon.
A caring environment, increased responsibility and independence are all features that encourage success in these vital final years of senior schooling.
