On Wednesday, February 8, a group of the College’s Year 3 students spent time gardening, bathed in the morning sun! Students tended to their veggie patch, looked over the sunflowers and got their hands dirty – even the College’s free-range chickens came over for a scratch! Fortunately, the Year 3’s were able to beat the chooks to a good harvest of strawberries, which were turned into strawberry ice-cream!
