At St Martins, students learn Auslan beginning in Reception and continuing on through to the end of Year 3. We believe teaching our students sign language is a vital part of the curriculum and will allow students to not only learn a new language but also enhance their literacy skills. Throughout the year, they will learn how to introduce themselves, how to say their likes, dislikes, and much more, without saying a single word!
