On Wednesday July 26, our Year 2 students were visited by the SA Metropolitan Fire Service to instruct students on how to be safe around fire. They practiced the stop, drop and roll system, learnt how to navigate through smoke and gained a new understanding of how firefighting gear works. Students were even lucky enough get a tour of a fire truck, and got hands-on experience with a firefighting hose.
