On Thursday afternoon, the State Premier announced changes to the start of the 2022 school year. A detailed email has been sent out to St Martins Lutheran College families via SEQTA – however, below are some of the key points;
– The first two days of Term 1 at St Martins (Monday 31 January and Tuesday 1 February) have been declared as Student Free Days.
The following arrangements will come into effect from Wednesday 2 February:
– The College’s youngest learners, in Foundation and Year 1 will attend face-to-face learning.
– Our Year 2 through to Year 6’s will participate in remote learning during the first 2 weeks.
– This term marks the beginning of the first year of Middle School for our Year 7 and many of our Year 8 students, and is an important final year for our Year 12’s. These year groups will be welcomed back to face-to-face learning.
– The College’s Year 9, 10 and 11 students will learn using an online model.
We are currently planning for a return to face-to-face learning for all year levels on ?????? ?? ????????.
