On Wednesday night, October 18, a new restaurant made its way to St Martins! “Insistence” is a pop-up restaurant designed by the Stage 2 Food & Hospitality class as means to test their cooking, serving and bartending skills.‍ Families and friends of the College met in the transformed “Food Tech” area to enjoy a 3-course meal designed by our future chefs.
